The Latics have signed former Auxerre II midfielders Florian Gonzales and Dylan Fage, along with Kielen Adams who has been at Bradford City.
Former Manchester United and Bolton Wanderers player Chris Eagles has also joined the club. Eagles is 33 and has been without a club since leaving Ross County in April 2018.
Gonzales is 19 and has signed a one-year deal with the option of a further year and Fage is 20 and has signed a two-year contract. The 18-year-old Adams scrored both goals in the 2-2 draw at Ashton United.
