Porter returns to lead the front line

Chris Porter will back to lead the attack after missing the home draw with Brighton due to a knee injury. Porter is back in full training and is confident that he will be able to take his place in the starting line up against managerless Northampton Town.

John Gorman resigned for personal reasons following Tuesday's home defeat by Leyton Orient. Gorman lost his wife to cancer earlier this year and that was the reason for him previously leaving Wycombe Wanderers. Ian Sampson and Jim Barron will take temporary charge for the Cobblers visit to Boundary Park.
