Richie Wellens is back at Boundary Park as first-team coach. Wellens played under John Sheridan when the club made it into the play-offs and has now completed his UEFA 'A' Licence qualification.
After beginning his career at Manchester United he went on to play at Blackpool and Leicester before joining Oldham.
