The appeal against the red card that Mohamed Maouche received at Macclesfield has been unsuccessful. Maouche was sent off in injury time in the 2-1 loss on Saturday.
The blow means that he will be suspended and will miss this weekend’s FA Cup Fourth Round match at Doncaster Rovers.
