The 26-year-old has been at Posh for two years and Brian Talbot said of him, “Mark is left footed, quick, has played a lot of games and is a proven second division player.” Arber is 6ft. 1in. and has previously been at Tottenham for four years where he didn’t make a league appearance, and at Barnet (also for four seasons) where he played 125 league games and scored 15 goals.
