Beharhall signs for Stockport

David Beharall, the ex-Latics favourite, has signed for League Two strugglers Stockport County. After turming in an impressive performance for Stockport's second string, the 26-year-old central defender signed a deal which will keep him at Edgeley Park until the end of the season. Beharall was signed by the Latics from Newcastle and he left to join Carlisle where he spent one season but recently left by mutual consent. Beharall said, "Hopefully I can help them stay up and sign a new contract next season."
