Blackburn sign Latics player

Blackburn Rovers have signed a Latics player in a deal which could be worth £1/4 million including a percentage of any future sell-on transfer fee. Don’t get carried away as the player is 11 year old James Tarkowski from New Moston who is a member of Athletic’s Centre of Excellence. The Premiership club approached him and he accepted their offer. The deal includes a compensation package for Athletic if Tarkowski reaches the first team or gains international honours. Now, could we use the money now or not?
