Book Signing before Leyton Orient game

Dave Moore will be signing his latest book "Oldham Athletic: Miscellany" in the club shop on Tuesday before the Leyton Orient game. Moore, who's first book "Oldham Athletic: On This Day" was released just before Christmas 2008, has had no end of weather problems to contend with. He missed the first signing at the club due to being stranded for 24 hours at the airport in Pennysylvania and the rearranged signing later in the week couldn't go ahead either due to a lack of publicity over the Christmas period.

This last Christmas he was all set to sign the book before the Tranmere Rovers game but that too was postponed as were the rest of the fixtures while he was in town. This time he is hoping that everything goes as planned. Moore said, "I'm jinxed! Fingers crossed the game will go ahead on Tuesday and I can finally get the monkey off my back." Ex-Latics legend Rick Holden (pictured) will also be on hand to assist Moore and will be adding his signature to all purchases. Rick may also make a half-time appearance of some kind.
