Guy Branston has had his second swearing incident squashed after an internal investigation by Alan Hardy and Ronnie Moore. The inquiry started after a fan accused Branston of using abusive language towards the Latics fans but other fans have been in touch with the club and said that they didn't witness anything. Alan Hardy said, "We found no evidence of any wrong-doing and nothing to support the allegation. We also consulted with the PFA. On that basis it was agreed that no action could be taken."
