Breckin looks ahead to Bradford game

John Breckin has been summing up the coming Christmas fixtures when he told the official site, "We have a tough Christmas coming up and it will be a case of taking every game as it comes. We couldn't ask for a harder start with Bradford City coming to Boundary Park on Boxing Day. We know all about them and they know all about us. They have had a disappointing week, but I can guarantee they will come here with all guns blazing. We are going to have to be at our best defensively and that is something we have worked hard on all season because we have never had a settled back four."

"We have had different permutations and it has caused us big problems because we have been without some of our most experienced defenders, like Will Haining and Chris Swailes. When you have players of their calibre out of the side you are going to have problems. It has forced us to mix and match and it will be good when we finally have a settled back line. We have never had that. Let's hope we can keep some clean sheets, that is going to be very important. You only have to look at the teams at the top and their goal difference to show what it can do. Bradford have some very good players but our lads are bubbling at the moment after putting together a decent little run. They have a lot of experienced players, but we have strikers on form. We have nothing to fear and we will get after them, use our home advantage and make this place a fortress again".
