Richards to move to Villa?
Rumours are abounding that Manchester City's Micah Richards could be on the move which could bring a major cash influx to Boundary Park. The 20-year-old defender is being linked with a £7 million move to Aston Villa. When Richards left Boundary Park at the age of 14, a clause meant that Athletic will take a 20% cut of any transfer fee and they could be in line for a £1.4m bonus payout. Any such payment would mean that new boss Dave Penney could use some of the cash to invest in the team.Interact with us
