Iain Dowie is asking for permission to make some signings in an attempt to encourage potential investors. Dowie said, “Our situation will only get worse if we don’t put a good, bright product out on the pitch. If people can’t see the team has potential for a decent season, why would they want to invest in it? I will be asking that question to the powers that be and I believe one or two more bodies could make a big difference to us.
