Dowie's comments after the Huddersfield game

Iain Dowie summed up the draw at Huddersfield when he said, “I thought we dominated the game from start to finish. No question about that certainly 2nd half as it was very much one way territorially. They hit a wonder goal so we were against it. I thought we played well second half but we were very average first half. We had a lot of opportunities but it was great strike from the boy Schofield. He lashed it in with his right foot and as he plays on the left side we didn't get anywhere near close enough. Dave will be disappointed there wasn't more pressure put on him. You don't stop them."

"We've then got a mountain to climb but when we got the goal I thought we would go on and win the game and we should have done. Wayne's (pictured) chance at the end was probably the one but no-one else could get to the ball. He's just that quick and got a toe on it. He could have placed it maybe but he's done great for us of late and he's been playing with a bit of a niggle. I thought Josh (Low) at times opened them up at will. The result's 1-1 and we've got to play QPR now but that's just the way it is.”
