George Edmundson has rejected the new contract on offer at Boundary Park after several clubs have shown interest in securing his services, with Glasgow Rangers remaining as the favourites to get his signature.
The young defender still has a year on his current contract but it has been suggested that a fee of £500,000 has been turned down and that Rangers are considering an increased bid.
