The Latics have terminated the contract of goalkeeper Greg Fleming who joined the Boundary Park team in the summer of 2008 after Scottish club Gretna folded.
He spent most of last season on loan at Scottish side Dunfermline but he never became a regular choice at Oldham and only appeared in 20 senior games.
