Football League approval denied

The Football League did not approve the transfer of the Football League membership to the club’s new owners on Thursday as a few final points need to be clarified before approval can be given. The club had hoped that the meeting would be a formality but the good news is that this can be achieved within the next couple of weeks rather than waiting for the next official meeting of the Football League.
