Jonathan Forte continued to keep himself in the leading scorers' charts by bagging another brace in the 4-1 demolishing of Coventry City at Boundary Park on Tuesday night. The 28-year-old moved into double figures as the team completed their 12th. game without defeat. His progress has been great considering he is still recovering from a knee injury.

Manager Lee Johnson said, “He’s very happy. It’s nice to see an Oldham player in the top scorers’ list, isn’t it? We haven’t got many injuries and we are still trying to improve the squad. It is difficult for me at the moment; what team do I play on Saturday now? I've rested some, brought in others and we have won 4-1. It’s a lovely problem to have.”
