Manager Darren Kelly has insisted that Jonathan Forte still has a big part to play at Boundary Park, even though the agreed transfer to Barnsley fell through due to 'an injury-related clause the Tykes had wanted to incorporate into the personal terms.
Kelly said, “He will be with the club. He has been working hard in training so come August 8th at Walsall, I expect Jonathan to be in the squad. He is a big part of what we are trying to do and I am looking forward to working with him.”
