Ricardo Fuller has been released from the club. The striker had completed his contract and made only seven appearances for the Latics.
He scored just one goal in the Lancashire Senior Cup win over Fleetwood Town.
Manager John Sheridan commented, “Ricardo has got other options at the moment so he will leave the club.”
