The x-rays on Sean Gregan's foot injury have shown that he has heavy bruising and a nasty laceration across the top of his foot.
The injury will not require any stitches and a hospital examination has confirmed that there are no breaks.
As the damage is limited to bone bruising, Gregan has a good chance of making the team for Saturday's League One fixture at Northampton.
