Griffin moves

Adam Griffins on-off move to Stockport County has finally been settled by the announcement that he has signed a two year deal at Edgeley Park. Stockport boss Jim Gannon has been chasing the versatile defender since his successful loan at the Hatters last season.
The deal initially fell through when County would not match the Latics valuation but a deal has been hammnered out that will see Athletic receive a nominal fee. Griffin will join midfielder Jason Taylor who recently joined Stockport from Boundary Park.
