Gutted Moore has his say in the aftermath

After the defeat at Huddersfield on Saturday a gutted Ronnie Moore told the official website, "I haven't felt this bad for a long time. It is the worst since I have been at the club. I can't believe we lost the game. We murdered them and should have given ourselves a great chance of staying up there with the play-off chasers. This season is the best chance to get out of this division and I am gutted."

"We played some of our best football of the season in the first half only to throw it all away because we are so naive. Huddersfield didn't earn the points. We gifted them. They are in third place, but I don't know how. They are no better than us. You have to be mentally bright, but I told one or two of my players that they were more like dunces. The game should have been out of sight before half time and I am gutted. It is like being mugged by someone who has put the knife in. It was a total waste of three points and also a great stepping stone for our season."
