Young defender Danny Hall has signed for Shrewsbury Town on a two year deal. The 6'-2" defender will play anywhere across the back or in midfield. Shrewsbury have been watching Danny Hall since he was a youngster and the club were delighted to have finally captured his signature.

Shrews manager Gary Peters said, "Danny's a player I watched a lot when I was with Everton but since Ronnie Moore took over at Oldham he brought in more experienced players and Danny has only played a few times. He was on a long contract at Oldham as all young players with potential are these days but he's out of contract now and we've persuaded him to come to us. He's our type of player in that he's young, quick, is good with both feet and can play anywhere across the back and in midfield."
