Defender Dean Holden has undergone minor knee surgery in an attempt to clear up a knee injury which has kept him out of the pre-season build up. It is hoped that he operation will relieve pressure on a tendon in Holden's left knee.Holden is expected to be out of action for 3-6 weeks.
