Howe now!

Latics confirm that an offer of £500,000 for Bournemouth central defender Eddie Howe has been accepted by the South Coast club. However after talks with the player's agent Latics have decided not to pursue the matter.


Latics' Chief Executive Alan Hardy said, “We have given careful consideration to the whole deal, the transfer fee involved and the player's requirements, and have decided to inform Bournemouth that we do not want to progress the matter”.
