Lee Hughes will definitely not return to the Latics for next season after he rejected a contract offer that was offered to the 32 year old. After training with the club he has now returned to the Midlands. He was offered a deal last January which would have made him the highest paid player at the club but he turned it down.Simon Corney told Latics World, "We made Lee an offer and after consideration he informed us he would not be signing. We understand he is now speaking to other clubs, meaning the manager will pursue other options."
