Millwall manager Kenny Jackett was left frustrated after he watched his team fight back from 2-0 down, only to lose out to a last minute goal from Latics Chris Taylor. Jackett told the official Lion's website, "It was an open game and could have gone either way by the end. It was never a closed game - even at 2-0 - both sides went for it. They've taken six points from us now from two very tight games. We started this one poorly though - not just in terms of the goals but the performance generally. But we came out with more purpose in the second half and got two goals back. We need to be starting games like that. Ashley Grimes is making good progress and he took his goal very well. Anything that was happening for us was going through him."

"This is a great place to play football - witness the atmosphere after we got the second. There were 8,000-odd in there today but it sounded like double that. It's everything you could want as a player - and not every ground is like that - and we need to make sure they're responding to our performance."
