Daniel Jones has signed a new loan deal with Athletic after some impressive defensive displays. The 21 year old has performed well as both a defender and an overlapping player in the seven games, during which he was an ever present, he has played in his first one month loan deal. He also scored a cracking goal. Jones is on loan from Wolverhampton and will will now remain at Boundary Park until 3rd January and has been given permission to appear for Athletic in the FA Cup.Alan Hardy told the Latics official website, "Daniel has done well so far and we are delighted to be able to extend his loan deal. We have also obtained clearance for him to play in the FA Cup, which gives the manager additional options ahead of this weekend's game."
