Latics seal parking deal

Athletic are richer to the tune of £108,000 after a deal with the local hospital Royal Oldham Hospital. The club are to lease the parking space at the Rochdale Road end to create 500 new spaces.

The car park will be mainly for staff and will be covered by a security guard, CCTV cameras and lighting. The hospital has more than 3,000 staff and currently has less than 1,000 parking spaces leaving little for visitors to the hospital.
