The Latics have covered their goalkeeping shortage by signing Hartlepool United's Danish goalkeeper Jan Budtz on a one month loan. The 29 year old made his debut in the 2-1 win over Northampton Town at Boundary Park.Budtz stands at 6"4 and started his English career with Doncaster Rovers before going to Wolverhampton Wanderers. He moved to Hartlepool in June 2007.
