The Latics have taken on another goalkeeping trialist as Brian Talbot continues his search for back up to Les Pogliacomi. Kelvin Jack has joined the Latics training squad at Keele University and may take part in the game at Newcastle Town tomorrow night. Jack has just been involved with the Trinidad and Tobago squad when they played a match against Korea last week.

The 27 year old Trinidadian had a training stint with Reading in 2000 and also had trial spells with Northampton Town (Jan-2004), Walsall (Jan-2004), Gillingham (Jan-2004) and Crystal Palace (Mar-2004). He then returned for further trials at Reading before signing for them in March 2004.
