Lever leaves

Centre half Chris Lever has joined Conference North neighbours Stalybridge Celtic on a season long loan. Lever will join fellow Latic Matty Barlow who has scored four times in eight appearances after making a similar loan move.

John Sheridan has allowed the 20 year old to join the Bower Fold club as his chances at Oldham are few and far between, and he hopes that the youngster will gain valuable experience at that level. Lever could make his debut against Hucknall on Saturday.
