Swindon Town boss Maurice Malpas was pleased with the point he gained at Boundary Park and admitted a draw was probably a fair result on the balance of play.

He told the official Swindon website, "It was a game of two halves and we could have done more, especially in the first half. Both the goals we conceded were poor because we gave them two soft clearances. You look for height and distance on your clearances and we didn't do that. There were positives. We reacted well after Saturday and did create chances. I felt we controlled the game in the first half. Hopefully we can take our first half performance into Saturday's game with Leeds United at The County Ground."

"Lee Peacock got two good goals. It was his type of game and to be fair, as an attacking midfield player, he can do more. He is probably has one of the best jumps in the league and he used it to full effect for the second goal. There were one or two tired legs in the second half with the likes of Chris Allen and Christian Roberts not having played much. I honestly think a draw was probably a fair result. We got down the sides of them and there were chances for both sides."
