Patrick McEleney could be on his way back to Dundalk. McEleney joined the Oldham in January and is close to agreeing terms.
With two years still left on his contract the Latics are hoping to recoup the €50,000 they laid out but the Irish team are hoping to get him for free due to the Latics relegation and need to reduce costs.
