The Latics have signed Joseph Mills from Burnley on a two year contract, with an option of a third year. The left back was on loan with the Latics last season and made 14 appearances for the club. He becomes Lee Johnson's first summer signing.
Johnson said, "It's a great signing. He's young, hungry and got a lot of potential. We'll give him an identity and a bit of love and I feel he can be a really good player for us."
