League Form Guide: LWWLW

The Dons travel to Boundary Park on the back end of a comfortable 3-0 victory at home to Yeovil hoping to carry on their League Two title winning form by snatching all three points away from high-flying Oldham. Newly appointed Roberto Di Matteo has had an impressive start to football management following Paul Ince's money spinning switch to Premiership outfit Blackburn Rovers. Di Matteo and the Dons have notched up 3 wins from their opening 5 games and lie just 4 points behind the league leaders.

Attack

MK Dons provide a goal scoring threat with former Latics loanee Aaron Wilbraham. Early indications suggest he will be partnered by 19 year old, Sam Baldock. The duo are showing signs of cementing a solid League One partnership with 4 goals already to their names. Midfielder Peter Levin who has already bagged 3 goals in 5 appearances will be an extra attacking outlet for the Dons.

Defence

New signing and defensive midfielder Flavien Belson, a graduate of the famous FC Metz academy, will be an ever-present this season in the heart of the Dons' midfield and, although not performing to his potential as of yet, will prove to be a tough character to break down. At the back, Sean O'Hanlon, Jude Stirling, firey haired Dean Lewington and ex-Swansea stopper Willy Gueret form the foundations of a solid backline unit but Bolton born Danny Swailes, a regular in MK Dons' double winning side last season, will not feature following achilles surgery.
