Moore happy with point

Latics manager Ronnie Moore was impressed with his teams defending on Saturday but felt that he could have come away with a win but for poor finishing. He said, "It was unbelievable with the chances we had, particularly in the first half. Some seemed unmissable but unfortunately, at the moment, we just can't seem to find the back of the net. But a draw was probably a fair result."

I am just glad we have moved off 43 points because we seemed to be stuck there for quite while. We got out of the 30's in no time, four games I think it was. If it is going to go for you on a good day those sort of opportunities end up in the back of the net."
