It is now confirmed that Ronnie Moore has signed a contract to become the new manager at Oldham Athletic. His assistant John Breckin has also signed and both men have agreed on two year contracts at Boundary Park as the owners confirm their intention of taking the Latics into the Championship. Moore has finally ended any speculation about him moving to Barnsley and said, βIt's a done deal, there's no doubt about that. I've had a great response from the owners and the supporters have been magnificent. I hope we can now keep the club safe and hopefully we'll be pushing at the right end of the table at this time next season.β
