The Latics have increased their offer to bring Liandro Martis to Boundary Park.
The manager said, “We have made an offer for Liandro and we have improved our offer. He is a gamble but one well worth taking in what he might bring. It is ongoing, but there has to be a point where we say 'that's enough'.”
