"Clearly we are in discussions with parties trying to facilitate a package which will help to ensure the football club's survival"
Oldham Property Partnership, the joint venture company set up by Oldham Council and Brookhouse property group, held a board meeting to discuss the selling back Boundary Park to the Latics new potential buyers. John Bland theborough solicitor said, “Clearly we are in discussions with parties trying to facilitate a package which will help to ensure the football club’s survival. The talks are finely balanced.” A price of £4.6 million has already been agreed with Oldham Council but the key now is to keep everyone on board with the deal.
