Sammy McIlroy is turning round the fortunes of the club since he joined the club earlier in the season. Stockport are having an excellent run, unbeaten in 7 matches winning 5 of them. Collecting 17 points from a possible 21, one of the form teams in the division. It will be a tough match.

Just after the break Scott Vernon scored past his home town club just 45 seconds into the half, Killens shot rebounded to Vernon who couldn’t miss the open goal.
