Reserves to play away from Boundary Park

The club have reached an agreement with Stalybridge Celtic for use of their Bower Fold stadium for selected Athletic reserve games. Other reserve fixtures will be played at Hyde United's Ewen Field ground, home of Hyde United.

A statement on the official website confirmed, "We are confident the new arrangement will work out well. Playing reserve games elsewhere helps us to protect the Boundary Park surface, which should prove beneficial."
