John Sheridan is scrambling to secure a deal for a goalkeeper on loan for Saturday's home game against Northampton Town. Only Josh Bell is currently available to play a Mark Crossley is injured and Greg Fleming serves a one match ban for being sent off at Leicester last week.
Sheridan told Latics World, "We have a problem in that area after Greg's suspension and I am still confident of bringing someone in. I was the verge of getting someone last night but the deal hit a snag at the last minute."
