Shez rewarded with new contract

Manager John Sheridan has been rewarded for his successful season by being offered a new three year deal. He commented to the official site, "Obviously I'm very pleased to sign for another three years. I'm happy with the way things are going this season, and now this is sorted out we can push on. The club has a chance of playing Championship football next season, and I'll be working very hard to try and achieve that. If we don't, I'll be working even harder next season."

Alan Hardy added, "John has earned his new contract. The club have made fantastic progress this season, and this deal is well-deserved."
