Robbie Simpson is rallying the troops and encouraging his team-mates to back the manager in his hour of need.
He said: “As a group we were surprised to see some of the coaching staff go. All we can do is wish them well and concentrate on doing our own jobs as best we can. I think you have to look for positives in even the most difficult of situations and maybe this will force us to take on more responsibility. The manager has lost some of his staff and it is down to us as players to help him out.”
