Latics skipper Chris Swailes is battling to save his career and is undergoing two courses of ultra-sound daily. He has been out of action for around 12 months after fracturing his heel and his comeback attempts have yielded a mere 12 matches in a very disappointing season.Ronnie Moore has warned Swailes that he may have to quit altogether if he fails to make it through the gruelling pre-season training.
