Taylor signs new deal

Chris Taylor has ended considerable speculation regarding his future by signing a new contract which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2012. Athletic have admitted that they have rejected a "substantial" bid for Taylor already.

Taylor said, "I would have signed for longer if I could. Everyone knows Oldham is where I want to be. I love playing for this club, and I want to help us into the championship."
