Tranmere Preview

The Latics need to kick off their home winning in this one. After losing our opener to Cardiff at home, we've been on the road and picked up 4pts from 2 games. That has given me optimism going into this weekends games and with a new acquisition of Clyde Winjhard (however it's spelt) up front, I'm hoping that he and Killen will start and be extremely potent.

I fear Jason Koumas, as any team should, now that his transfer to West Brom has gone quite for now. But overall, I feel we should have too much for them and we should relish shoving Stuart Barlows smug grin back down his throat. And plus, Clint Hill (pictured) will be looking to kick schtuck out of the Tranmere team as he signed from them only weeks ago. It'll be tasty and it should be our first home win (and the scousers 1st defeat of the season.)

Score: 2-1
