Ex-Latics boss Mick Wadsworth is back in football and will be given the job of getting Chester City back into the Football League. City have been struggling financially and were relegated from League Two at the end of last season. Wadsworth is 58 and spent the 2001/02 season in charge at Boundary Park.
Iain Dowie replaced Wadsworth in the Oldham hot seat.
