Wes disappointed

James Wesolowski is ruing the decision of the referee to not award a penalty which could have given Latics victory over Brentford on Saturday.

He said, "It was a penalty. I went for a shot and he's caught me but the referee's not given it. I thought some of the referee's decisions were questionable but that's football and you have to move on. We put in a good performance but that's four unbeaten now so that is good form to keep us in this division."

"Brentford are a good team but I thought we more than matched them. We are disappointed we didn't get the three points but come the end of the season, it might be an important point so we've got to take the positives."

"We've got a run of games now which are all winnable so it's in our hands. We've got to stay positive and make sure we keep doing the right things. We've got to make sure we take it game-by-game, and play the football we have been doing for the last four games, because that's like the stuff we know we're capable of."
